For many of us, our solar plexus chakra (aka our personal power center) is where we tend to wobble the most.
As we awaken, we feel ourselves naturally aligning with our true self’s higher calling and guidance for us. This is a most beautiful path- and it is also full of massive resistance that challenges our core strength, courage, and determination.
There can be many instances where we may feel our very core is “wobbling” and we end up abandoning ourselves and our power out of habit or fear. This is often experienced in many different forms of people pleasing for the empath. It can also be experienced as doubt, discouragement, and a kind of giving up in the face of challenge.
This is a tool that will help you to FEEL and ANCHOR the bold power of the SOUL into your body and it is located in the center of your belly- the solar plexus chakra- the seat of the soul.
In the exercise below we will be activating and using our Solar Plexus Chakra consciously. It is an incredible experience and tool – for it allows you to FEEL the power of your soul in your core. There is no way to describe this feeling other than a fire, a lion, a determination, a fearlessness that is necessary to walk the human path as an embodied soul.
A benevolent yet relentless “get OUT of my way, I am being what I came here to BE” kind of energy that many of us have been calling for and stepping into in 2024.
The exercise:
- Get as relaxed as possible. Take a few minutes to breathe and come back to the present, back to the body. Know that you are safe and sovereign.
- Once relaxed, bring your awareness to the center of your belly. Begin to imagine/visualize/intend/feel/know there is a bright, golden, energy center here that is beginning to fill up with light. It looks like a sun within your belly.
- Play with this for a few moments- imagine this center as a flower and its divine petals are opening. Imagine a light shooting out of this area and into the space around you like a flashlight. Really focus, feel, and see this center activating and observe what this consciousness of the soul feels like. It will likely feel like a deep strength, ferocity, determination, and/or courage.
- When you are ready, it is time to COMMAND AND DEMAND any energies that are not serving you OUT of your field NOW. Say this OUT LOUD if possible: “I COMMAND and DEMAND the energies of ____ are released from my field NOW”.
- This is important! You can fill in the blank with whatever has been infringing on you- perhaps the energies/entities of a person, of a thought form, of an energy (fear, confusion, lack, doubt, etc.)
- This is not about emotionally bypassing your organic experience, it is about using your power as a creator to REMOVE unnecessary energies that may be infringing on you.
- Be as FIRM and COMMANDING as you can be, from your very soul. Command and demand as you would if someone was trying to steal your pet from you. This is very important.
- You can also use this tool to command in energies- such as love, abundance, forgiveness. This is tapping into a RAW aspect of your creatorhood.
- When you feel you have released all energies, feel the power in your solar plexus and then shift your awareness in your HEART center. Tune into how different it feels- the universal love and connectedness it feels. Take a moment to go back and forth between these different energy centers and notice how beautifully they work together.
- Stay in this space as long as you want and when you’re ready, gently bring yourself back to a waking state of consciousness.

When you do this exercise once or twice you can memorize it and incorporate it into your daily life whenever you need to command and demand the energies in your field with love and strength of the soul in your core.
This is perfect for calling back your power in instances where you have been giving it away to another person or energy.
