Beautiful Soul, God, & Universe,
Please help me to forgive.
Help me to let go of all the pain I have held against myself and against others.
Help me to transmute all that has kept me jaded, hateful or bitter towards myself and others.
Help me to understand the Grace of God and embrace my own Godliness.
Help me to remember and KNOW that those who harm know not what they do and are worthy of compassion.
Help me to take my power back by forgiving them and myself.
Help me to embody the infinite Grace that you have always and continue to give me, and give it to others.
Help me to open my heart to the infinite love that is all around me now and always.
I forgive the lower density consciousness and allow myself to raise into the unconditional love that I AM now.
I AM THE LIGHT I AM.
And so it is.

This prayer came to me today as I was tapping into the wonderful mysteries of forgiveness, and what a truly powerful frequency forgiveness is.

Forgiveness is an essential part of the evolution- to forgive ourselves and others. To remember the grace that has been given to all of us for our unconscious behavior, and to learn to extend that grace to all other Beings. Not because we have to, not because the pain or harm that was caused is okay… but because to align with God we must forgive.
To reach higher levels of Being we cannot afford to carry the hatred and bitterness in our hearts and bodies. To know God deeper, we must forgive ourselves and others the way God forgives us.
Forgiveness takes lot of courage and strength, but is truly worth it to free yourself from the bondages of hatred and bitterness.
In other words, there is a greater freedom, sovereignty, and power waiting for you on the other side of genuine forgiveness.
