You must PULL YOURSELF UP out of hell, again and again.

It is time to raise up.

No matter what it takes, no matter how hard it is, no matter what obstacles seem to be in your way, RAISE. YOURSELF. UP. NOW.

There are no more excuses. There is no more playing victim. There is no more kneeling to the false self and the false world it made, for those of us who want to know and live in the truth.

Pull yourself up out of hell my love. There are no more excuses, no more rationalizing your self-torture.

All of the addictions, old stories, and attachments that are keeping hell alive inside of you – let them go at all costs, and quickly.

We are not fucking around anymore.

I mean this with the utmost love and compassion, which is why I am speaking this.

Please do not mistake my fire for insensitivity. I know it is hard.. it is almost certainly the hardest thing you’ll ever do in this life.

But it is also one of the things that truly matters most.

It is time to rise, my fellow lions.

The ‘meek’ ARE inheriting the earth. Do not be ashamed for what you are.. a beautiful child of God.

Do not give the artificial any more credit by giving your power to it. There is no excuse for this.

Living in hell is a choice when you realize it.

Heaven is now if you want it.

It doesn’t matter the circumstances.

It is all about perspective, and what perspective you CHOOSE to cultivate and commit to.

No one can help he who is convinced he is a victim and has renounced his own power for whatever reason.

No one can stop he who knows who he truly is.

When you are truly willing to be honest with yourself, when you have truly suffered in your nightmare enough, you will inevitably come to this knowing.

It’s all within.

Do WHATEVER IT TAKES to PULL YOURSELF OUT OF HELL MY FRIENDS. Stop pussyfooting around it. We came here to LIVE and we are all going to shed our physical bodies before we know it.

So let’s get pumped up on life, on freedom, on love, on all of the blessings that surround us now, and stop falling for the lower astral realm bait.

Dance. Cry. Scream. Make art. Feel deeply. Call that person you want to talk to. Take that damn trip you want to take. Leave the relationship that is sucking your soul dry. Go off on the person that purposely violates your boundaries again and again and then forgive those motherfuckers completely. Forgive yourself completely and constantly. Tell your favorite people how much you love them. Wear the funky hat. Do the damn thing you really want to do but are also scared to death of.

Give thanks FOR ALL OF IT because its all you.

Just STOP WITH THE DISEMPOWERING NARRATIVES creating shitty experiences! Do not let them slip idly by your mind anymore, to the best of your ability, ever again.

“But I can’t do this”, “but this person did this to me”, “but I’ve always been like this”, “but this is just how I am”, “there is nothing I can do”, “it’s THEIR fault I’m like this”, “I suck”, etc. etc. etc…

My love, when are you going to want your freedom so badly that you are finally willing to renounce all of the bullshit thoughts and stories keeping you down, forreal? When will it be enough?

When will you accept that you are choosing (consciously or unconsciously) to believe in disempowering stories that therefore are creating the very fabric of your experience?

Do you realize what is happening and how it is your responsibility?

Take responsibility – not so you can fall into another trap of beating yourself up – but so you can TAKE YOUR POWER BACK and direct that power into something actually CONSTRUCTIVE for yourself and others!

Can you sense what a joy that would be?

Simply put, do whatever you can to let. that. negative. looping. shit. go. and be FREE NOW!

See it for what it is!

Stop kneeling to the whispers (or sometimes agonizing screams) that you’re not good enough, that you’re ruined, that something is wrong with you, that it isn’t enough, that there is no point, that you are a victim. Pull yourself out of hell and be free. Deny and defy these hell realm voices with all your might and do not serve them anymore, at any costs – you feel me?

You can start right now – in fact, you can ONLY start now.. so go ahead and begin, and watch the momentum slowly but surely take you straight into the perfect love you have been deeply craving this whole time.

It is there, patiently awaiting your full return. Right now inside you.

Let it be simple.

Let it be, period.

I am praying for this liberation and love for ALL OF YOU, all of us, all of humanity who holds this prayer in their heart no matter what nonsense they may be having to cut through at this time.

Life is eternal and that is what you are – nothing can stop or break that unless you let it. A bold statement, yes… but bold as LOVE is what you are.
