13 KEY CODES:
1. Be YOU. This is the most magnetic thing you can do. Authenticity is key. Do not try to water yourself down. Accept that your light will trigger people and practice being able to hold space for that.
2. Find and refine your voice by asking the following questions and journaling about them:
WHO do you want to help?
WHAT do you want to help them with?
How do you help them? (Not written in stone but something to consider and refine.)
WHAT PROBLEM DO/CAN you solve?
What are you passionate about? What have you always been good at?
What challenges have you went through and come out the other side?
What is your core wound?
What can you talk about for hours on end?
What are themes throughout your life?
What is alive for you NOW?
What have you learned the past 30 days?
3. Learn to hold conviction. What do you stand for? Keep truth as your North Star. Allow yourself to be a vessel for God and trust this. Your content/services/products are extension of YOU.
4. Learn to be specific. Niching down – that is how you stand out in your unique frequency. Everyone can learn how to “niche” in their own way by getting more specific about who they want to help and how and getting to know the things that make themselves unique – let this be a fun journey as you continue to create. This is not about stifling your broad talents- its about getting clear on them and deepening them. Note: The ones you are most likely going to help are people similar to who you were 5 years ago.
5. Refine as you go. Speaking of niche and specificity – we often don’t know our magic until we start exploring and experimenting. Just keep it in mind as you continue to create and know yourself – you can refine your gifts more and more – like chiseling a fine statue out of a block of marble.
6. Practice shadow work (making the unseen seen) and nervous system work. When stepping into your destiny (especially being mre visible) we tend to SELF SABATOGE. All your shit comes up when you really start being seen vulnerably and standing for something. Understand this is a vehicle of your transformation if you accept the calling – and it will bless you as it does others. You will die and be reborn a lot. And thats good. It will also give you more fuel for creation (your message is your mess+age).
7. Learn strategy AND energetics. This means doing the inner work that is necessary to create great things and be magnetic to your ideal clients/audience – but also learning the strategies and practical sides of things (social media, business, etc.). Energetics is the main key – but many spiritual people neglect the important of strategy. That said – trust your inutition over using the strategy of others. But I really progressed so much more when I started being more mindful of my strategy and practical applications of my energetics. Play the game and make it fun and real.
8. Open your creative and voice channels. Teach more to learn more. Write, dance, move, draw, sing, etc. for the sake of it. This helps you not be so stiff (physically and energetically) and allows the creative channels to start opening. You have to use these muscles. Let yourself play like you did as a child.
9. Teach not from perfectionism but real. Learn to tell stories from the TRUTH of your challenges to really reach people- you don’t have to pretend to be perfect. Also don’t worry about curating everything to look perfect. Perfectionism is a HUGE element that keeps people from showing up. It’s great to have high standards but you can’t improve if you don’t put stuff out there.
10. Consistently, discipline, devotion. You need to have staying power. This means not giving up when it gets hard or things don’t seem to be working. Sometimes you just need to change your mindset or pivot your creation – not burn it all down. There are usually 2-3 points in every cycle/journey that you’ll want to give up at. If you work through it and stay committed you’ll get it. Trust that if you have the calling, its god in you calling you and you will be successful. Also – don’t get stuck on metrics or how hard it may seem in the beginning.
11. Accept that you will make mistakes. You will embarrass yourself. People will watch your process and progress as you grow. You may go off course at times. But you will find your way.
12. Come up with offers (when ready). Invite people into your world. Give them something to say yes to. Products, services, events that you GENUINELY believe and know will serve people. This is an extension of you. You can monetize ANY gifts if you figure out how to truly make it helpful. The market won’t lie.
Note: When it comes to marketing and selling, there is an inverted/trashy way to do it, and an elegant truthful way to do it. Authentic marketing is effective communication – positioning yourself to be seen by those who want and need what you’re giving. Authentic selling is creating a win-win in which both parties expand through giving and receiving.
The more you serve effectively = the more you are paid and blessed = the more you can serve = the more you’re blessed and so on.
Marketing and selling your gifts is your responsibility to make sure your gifts translate and transform.
13. Follow creation from soul not ego. You will inevitably learn this discernment- even trial and error. It’s natural. And humbling. Let it be fun, each iteration you get more masterful.

14. KNOW YOUR GOAL. What do you really WANT. People often pick wrong goals bc they’re not being clear or honest with themselves. You have to pick a clear, measurable goal that feels realistic but also a little bigger than you’re comfortable with.
15. TAKE ACTION. Don’t stay stuck in your mind. Action will move the needle so much faster. Faith needs works. Practice taking aligned actions often. Aligned action doesn’t mean it will always feel easy – it means its the step that is needed to make something happen (which many times in expansion can feel beyond your comfort zone).
