How are you DOING sweet friends?
I hope well, as in the midst of this eclipse portal and crazy time in general – the energy has been so intense. I have been having some VERY emotional days – between creating lots of new things, balancing human life, processing a ton of grief, navigating intense spiritual warfare, and so on.
The spiritual warfare has been intense so that said – I just want to lovingly remind you to WATCH your thoughts and be super compassionate with yourself.. especially in any moments of feeling low. PLEASE KNOW – that you are not alone.. I know it feels like that and the spiritual journey can truly feel so lonely and isolating at times. It can make you feel crazy if you don’t have other people like you to confide in.
Guidance that has been coming to me has been asking me to be MORE VULNERABLE. That is the journey I suppose for all of us – and it can be so hard. To be more vulnerable means- being more honest, more raw, less pretending to show up as anything other than what you truly are. And in a world where we are so hardcore programmed to be a certain way (or else people will misunderstand you, hurt you and you will be left for death, says the ego), it is more important than ever.
I have been finding so much healing in being more vulnerable with people in my life and letting myself be more supported by others. Letting myself be seen. Speaking up and using my voice to share what is really going on. Even in these letters, it is my goal to be more and more free in writing these. I really like to let it flow without thinking about it too much and trusting that it will be of service to those it reaches.
All of this is so connected to our voice in general.. and by voice I mean our expression of who we are. I think about this a lot: the importance of each and every one of us using our voice, opening our THROAT CHAKRA. Yes – that means YOU!
We all have unique, wonderful, much needed expressions and I often feel that so many are repressed in their voice. Not speaking what is important to them because they have been trained to shut up, be quiet, don’t rock the boat, people will attack you, it’s pointless, its stupid, etc. So many reasons, so many excuses, so many patterns telling us not to trust ourselves and our voice. And I know, trust me I know, that it is much easier to hide.
And if that is what you truly desire – that is fine.
But I feel that many don’t want to be repressed, but just have been beat down into it for so long.
I want to invite you to think about.. how can you use your voice more? What if your ideas ARE SUPER important? What if your unique life experience is actually infinitely valuable and could be of service to so many others? What if your voice, your opinion, DOES matter?
It does.
Maybe you just have to keep honing in on how to use it.
The power of communication is needed. Especially honest, real, raw communication.
Many fear their own voice.
Don’t let the doubt stop you from being you.
That is the message I want to share with you today.
I often get the impression that the evolution of our race highly depends on humanity’s ability to speak their truth and speak the truth.
People want to hide in the shadows because its easy, its comfortable, its restful.
Yet there are so many truly wicked, narcissistic people that have no problem using their voice to cause chaos and tyranny any way they can.
There are also incredibly brave and noble people out there that are choosing to use their voice every day in order to bring their unique medicine, their unique role to the world in service to humanity.
Sure, maybe it is more natural for some to be heard, to take up space, to believe in themselves enough to go for what their soul is pushing them towards than others.
But I guarantee you it is not easy.
It is hard work, in the sense of overcoming so much programming and being willing to stretch out of your comfort zone again and again in order to follow that calling.
Yet it is the most meaningful thing.
Why else are we here?
Did you incarnate to just shrink into the shadows?
Or did you incarnate to give it your BEST, dammit?
When you leave this plane, do you want to look back and be glad you played everything safe?
Or do you want to look back and realize what a HELL OF A RIDE that was, that you caused some authentic ripples in your life and created some beautiful and revolutionary experiences?
You can do it.
One tip is to remember who you are.
And remember your “why”.
Why are you here? What do you really want to experience create here? What is your legacy? What can you give? How many can you save (help)?
These are the questions I invite you to ask yourself.
Have fun with it.
Just some food for thought.
As an artist with big ideas and a painfully shy demeanor, these are the questions I find again and again.
And we are all artists.
And many of us – are “shy” in the sense of bringing the unknown into the world at a time like this – when it is so deeply needed.
Bringing it full circle – the vulnerability.
It takes so much courage.
But this is how we see something very important.. that so many of us are really going through the same exact things – in different ways.
We are not alone.
We are not seperate.
The more we can see and remember this, the more we are on our way to a unified state.
A sovereign, unified state.
To truly see a shift in the collective, enough people walking in solidarity, SOVEREIGNLY, must be.
Many don’t believe it can happen.
Many have grown bitter and apathetic.
I know it can, and it will.
It is just a matter of time, and how the collective of humanity CHOOSES to navigate the big shifts that are continuing to happen.
Ascension – though promised- doesn’t just happen – your participation is still required.
It isn’t easy.
But neither is hiding in the shadows ignoring your unique calling.
I freaking love you all so much and I hope this was helpful for you.

Two announcements in one.
Yes, I have begun working on my next album and I am SO EXCITED.
This one is about to be totally different than the last, in a good way. I feel so good about how far I have come in this journey.
The creative process has been a lot more free and fun – but still painful. Creating art really is like birthing a baby into the world.
In the next weeks I will be sharing more on my book and my album.. and knowing me, probably all kinds of things.
My intention is to create that raw, vulnerable, REAL art that touches your heart and soul and brings you an experience like you’ve never had before.
Uncensored.
Unfiltered.
Unhinged, even.
UN-freaking-PASTEURIZED.
No more boiling out all of the unique weirdness.
The fake and artificial is dying.
We need REAL!
