The most simple and effective thing you can do to experience awakening and ecstatic creation is focus on being present and raising your feeling state in your body. Stay with me.
This is a practice – the skill of being awake.
Not just learning this in your mind (that won’t make a difference) – but in your body/nervous system. Your avatar.
The embodiment is the key that will shift everything. It’s not enough to know it in your mind. The practice – which is available to everyone – is when spiritual teachings become real af.
Re-training your body to be present. In gratitude. In love. In abundance. Regardless of appearances and circumstances.
Practicing living from the I AM Presence, rather than from your thoughts (as we are conditioned in this world of illusion).
As you devote yourself to this practice (if you’re not sure how, I share and demonstrate it in this video) your reality completely will shift in three obvious ways:
- How you feel. Obviously… lol. But you will start to feel better and better without needing an external reason to be. This in of itself is worth it. Feeling more relaxed, grateful, peaceful, blissful, healthy. Instead of falling into worry or stress by default, you will more often find yourself falling into peace and joy.
- Your external reality. The higher caliber your avatar’s vibrational state is (the more I AM presence the body is holding), the higher caliber happenings, conversations, opportunities, experiences, knowledge, etc. that will orbit into your field/external reality. This is resonance, magnetism, alignment, and coherence.
- Your internal and mental distortions will clear naturally. Your limiting beliefs, distortions, addictions, blindspots, conscious (and unconscious) blocks will naturally dissolve without your ego’s effort. This one is my favorite qualities as I (and many) have wrestled and struggled with this so much!
This is beyond “control” or your doing. This is co-creation with God, so to speak.
The qualities above are a natural side effect of this practice – as you will receive natural impulses and opportunities (within and without) that conspire to make the above experiences crystallize.
More joy. Peace. Love. Wealth. Success. Freedom. Fun. Etc, etc, etc.
It really is that simple and powerful. Don’t believe it… try it for yourself ;D .
